      Using essential oil is very good. I like heating some orange or lemon essential oil before going to bed, it helps me to sleep soundly and to have fresher mind when i wake up the next morning. Using mint oil is also good, but i think it’s more suitable in winter.

      Witch hazel is a very good herbal remedy, but you have to take care if you have sensitive skin, try witch hazel on a small skin area before you use it to see if you are allergy.
