      I definitely agree with seafood. Seafood contain a lot of protein and acid uric. But if you eat seafood too much, you might take high risk of having gout

      The list contains all nutritious food, but if you eat them too much, you might have high risk of taking many disease such as heart attack, kidney failure or gout. I think eating a lot of vegetable is the best way to have good health. You also feel fresher and more active than eat a lot of these high uric acid above.
