    Actually i always use salt water to treat swollen glads. It’s very effective, but you have to use it everyday and about 3 times/day to have best result. I have never used apple cider vinegar so i don’t really know is it brings effect, but as far as i know, apple cider vinegar has a lot of functions. Besides salt water, you guys can also use ginger to treat swollen gland.
