    I wouldn't take it if I were you. Since there have been no safety tests done (that I know of), it's best to keep those herbs out of your milk. I'm assuming you want to take it because of cold/flu symptoms? I'm also breastfeeding and I had a cold recently. I took echinacea, ginger, and green tea, which are all safe for breastfed babies and really helped my cold go away. Hope you feel better!

    I also wanted to add that I read one of the herbs can lower your supply, which is not something you want if your breastfeeding!
