Four days ago I had a wisdom tooth pulled. Somewhat of 'botched' job. During the extraction, the tooth broke. Bone was shaved and tissue cut in order to facilitate extraction (not fun). Having had a really bad infection just like this. I suggest seeing your Doctor. I ended up with an abcess & lockjaw with painful spasms. In the hospital for 4 days…

Tea Tree Oil.
As a mouthwash…2 drops to a glass of water.
If possible 1 drop directly on the affected area, using cotton bud or finger.
It should help with the pain and will definitely sort the infection.
